THE ORDER is a small and independent enterprise operating out of Chicago. All items are made by hand in our studio, with careful attention to detail and a relentless pursuit of perfection.
With this in mind, please allow up to 3 weeks for your items to be delivered. Your patience is very much appreciated, and it will absolutely be worth the wait.

All of our items are made-to-order. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your pieces to be created before they are shipped. Email us here with any inquiries in this regard.

INTERNATIONAL | Please email here with "international shipping" in the subject line for shipping fees and delivery times.
TERMS
You will have up to 14 days after purchase to exchange items purchased for different items, or exchange for store credit. Exchanges/credits will only be given once original merchandise has been received on our end. We do not offer refunds for merchandise at this time.
Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached.
Our garments are delicate in nature- please be careful when trying items on.
